Răzvan Szilagyi, CFA, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Between 2015 and 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Raiffeisen Asset Management and has held several senior executive and board positions, including Deputy Chief Executive Officer in the automotive industry, Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Asset Management, and Board Member of Cuprumin SA.

He has been a CFA charterholder since 2006 and is a member and former Board Member of CFA Society Romania. Throughout his career, he has contributed to numerous financial education and capital market development initiatives. He is currently pursuing a PhD in corporate governance at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
