Mara Delia Puacz is an impact and innovation leader specialising in responsible artificial intelligence, social impact, global ecosystem building, and human-centred design. With over 15 years of international experience, she has worked across organisations such as Tech To The Rescue, IKEA, Citi, and several mission-driven initiatives.

She is the Founder of NONLINEAR Impact, where she provides responsible artificial intelligence advisory and innovation leadership, and serves as a Board Member of BenevAI, contributing to the development of governance frameworks and certification standards for ethical artificial intelligence in the nonprofit sector. Previously, she led impact, growth, strategic partnerships, and brand development at Tech To The Rescue and launched and scaled IKEA Poland’s Interior Design Services business. She is also an experienced keynote speaker, podcast host, startup programme leader, and strategic advisor, with a strong focus on innovation, leadership, and responsible technological transformation.
