Simona Goia conducts research in the areas of sustainability, responsible artificial intelligence, social entrepreneurship, human resources, leadership, educational policies, and the transition from education to professional life. She has published more than 15 articles in internationally indexed journals, including eight indexed in Web of Science, presented over 15 papers at international conferences, and contributed to more than ten books and book chapters published by prestigious national and international publishing houses.

Her international academic experience includes DAAD study and research scholarships in Berlin, Magdeburg, and Trier, a postdoctoral fellowship at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and a visiting professorship at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. She has also contributed to numerous national and international research projects, particularly in the fields of sustainability and education.
