Vlad Panait is the Managing Partner and Founder of Sparking Capital, as well as an investor, executive, board member, and educator. He is a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of international commercial experience across multiple industries, markets, and stages of organisational development. After transitioning from the corporate sector to entrepreneurship, he founded and currently manages Sparking Capital Funds.

He also serves as a non-executive board member in several companies. His leadership approach is shaped by a growth mindset and grounded in adaptability, strategic clarity, and cross-cultural competence.
